Yesterday was a travel day and today I get to enjoy all of God's majesty with his creation of the Ozark Mountains. This morning I'm in awe of all the beauty here in North West Arkansas, and inspired by some of the teachings I read in life's owner's manual, the Bible. Paul tells us in his letter to Timothy...
"For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but will have itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own likings and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander into myths. As for you, always be steady, endure suffering, do the work of an evangelist, fulfil your ministry."- Timothy 4:3-5
Paul also reminds us in his letter to Titus...
"He must hold firm to the sure word as taught so he maybe able to give instruction in sound doctrine and also to confute those who contradict it. For there are many insubordinate men, empty talkers and deceivers."-Titus 1:9-10
For my fellow members of TEAM ready to give birth to our LIFE initiative I believe these words carry a sober reminder of the weight of our task. For those about to join our movement, this is an outstanding mandate that we need to know what we believe and why we believe it. And for those who are not yet familiar to what's about to sweep this great nation, I'll refer you to this wonderful explanation of what we do.....
