In the world of the Catholic today is the Feast of the Epiphany, which led me to one. A great definition of an epiphany is an awakening. Now you can have an awakening or you can be an awakening, which leads us to our roles as leaders. First it's important to have the awakening, realize where and how you need to grow personally. I've found that came from the example of others. Seeing people that were held in the light of how I'd like to be perceived. Which all points back to the example you set as a leader, influencing others by your actions.
Let's all celebrate the Feast of the Epiphany and lead by example. People are watching! It's so important to live as we speak. Isn't that exactly what's missing in today's society? How many "leaders" do we find who don't quite follow the principled life the position demands? Our society is crying out for people of character and principles, let's fill that need.
