Whew, who ever knew it took that much bureaucracy to simply bring a letter or package from point A to point B. It's a good thing they don't do anything complicated, like say healthcare or national defense! Can you imagine the list under one of those programs? Is it a wonder why the Post Office operates in the red with all those hands in the pie? Remember every one of those listed has a staff of employees. Incredible!
